2019 Jul - 2020 Apr Product Analyst, Growth at Thumbtack (Professional marketplace company).
- Pro Growth Team - I provided analytical support in professional onboarding experience (Ex: projects related to getting pros early committement, converting web users to app users) and partnered with PMs, engineers and designers to optimize products to better serve new pros.
- SEO Team - I drove understanding of several company key SEO product implementation (page consolidation, mobile, accelerated mobile pages, increase internal page linking) through experimentation (causal inference, A/B test), supported strategic decision using deep dive analysis and dashboards, took initiative on building SEO half yearly roadmap, and provided SEO analytics training to new team member and cross functional teams.
2017 Jun - 2019 Jun Analyst, at Ancestry (DNA and family history company).
- Product Team - I evaluated the updated release of messaging feature inside of ancestry DNA app for 20+ million users and also partnered with developers to implement Mixpanel (user behavior tracking platform) to unblock user journey.
- Marketing Team - I analyzed promotional email tests for CRM team and provided insights.
